Sales Representative – Microsoft Ads (Russian speaking)

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing team as a Sales Representative focused on Microsoft Advertising. You will work on‑site in Limassol, targeting Russian‑speaking advertisers and agencies across Central and Eastern Europe, with an emphasis on Cyprus‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and sign advertisers, brands, performance and media agencies in the CEE region, starting with Cyprus companies.
• Understand client marketing goals and recommend Microsoft Advertising solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Advise on campaign planning, digital media strategy and performance, and collect product feedback.
• Negotiate agency deals, guide clients through contracts and account setup.
• Research market trends, monitor competitors and represent Aleph at industry events.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and keep the CRM updated weekly, monthly and yearly.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in digital advertising or ad tech.
• Strong grasp of digital performance metrics; search advertising experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Cyprus business community or broader CEE markets.
• Excellent Russian and English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Limassol; relocation welcomed.

Required skills

• Practical use of AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude for prospect research and proposal preparation.
