Area Product Manager

About the role

Mayflower is looking for an experienced Area Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a key product area. You will translate company objectives into concrete product outcomes and work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the assigned area.
• Identify, validate, and prioritize opportunities using customer insights and data.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring clear problem statements, requirements, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies and align solutions with the broader product ecosystem.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.
• Drive product discovery through research, experimentation, and feedback.
• Set and monitor key product KPIs, iterating based on performance.
• Coach product teams and foster a strong product culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the strategy and roadmap of a product area or domain.
• Strong product discovery and prioritization capabilities.
• Track record of working with cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analytical mindset with confidence using data for decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Passion for building products that solve real customer problems.
