Waiter / Waitress – Guest Service Role

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join our dynamic restaurant team. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional service, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS or handheld devices.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining a clean dining area.
• Offer menu recommendations and upsell according to company standards.
• Handle bill payments, collect and deliver receipts.
• Assist with table setup, linen, silverware, and glassware preparation.
• Follow health and safety protocols and attend training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English and Greek.
• Team‑player with attention to detail and flexibility in scheduling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using handheld ordering devices.
