Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the F&B Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the Food & Beverage department, helping to maintain high service standards and deliver an excellent guest experience across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the F&B Manager in supervising daily operations and ensuring smooth service in all outlets.
• Supervise and coach F&B team members, enforce company policies and service standards.
• Prepare employee schedules, manage attendance, absences and leave requests.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely service.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Support sales activities, upselling, cost control, inventory and stock management.
• Assist with operational reporting and administrative duties.

Required profile

• Minimum three years supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a 5‑star hotel, luxury hospitality or high‑end restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Basic inventory and cost‑control procedures.
