Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist – Cyprus or Athens

About the role

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top‑tech talent for a global organisation. You will partner closely with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and design recruitment strategies that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies across social media, job boards, networking events and industry conferences.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment to verify alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and define selection criteria.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates for current and future needs.
• Use data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
• Champion the employer brand by creating content that showcases culture and values.
• Mentor junior recruiters and provide training to enhance their skills.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or a related field (CIPD qualification a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in tech recruitment.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (preferred).
