Talent Development Partner

About the role

Mayflower is building the future of live entertainment through cutting‑edge streaming technology. As a Talent Development Partner you will work closely with HR Business Partners and managers to identify learning needs, design development solutions and strengthen the capabilities that drive business success.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse skill gaps across the organisation and create targeted learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives.
• Select and coordinate external learning providers, monitor delivery and evaluate effectiveness.
• Support manager onboarding, facilitate team workshops and guide managers through growth‑related development challenges.
• Participate in calibration and development discussions with HRBP Leads.
• Contribute to the Mayflower Academy, help internal experts share knowledge and provide data‑driven recommendations for the learning ecosystem.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR or Organizational Development.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate workshops and development programmes.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable translating business needs into practical learning solutions.
• Ownership mindset from concept through delivery.
• Fluent English (B2+).
