Recruiter (Full‑Time, On‑site)

About the role

We are a growing licensed recruitment company seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Limassol office. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding client needs to placing high‑quality candidates, while leveraging your network and modern hiring platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
• Collaborate with clients to capture hiring requirements, culture, and expectations.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, recruitment databases, social media, referrals and personal networks.
• Identify and engage passive candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct CV screening, initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Present shortlisted candidates with professional profiles to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers and negotiate terms where required.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients throughout the process.
• Update candidate records and recruitment activity in the company’s systems.
• Track market trends, salary benchmarks and recruitment best practices.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or consultancy.
• Proven track record of managing full recruitment cycles.
• Strong network and connections within the talent market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other recruitment/hiring platforms.
• Experience using candidate databases and sourcing tools.
