HR Officer / Office Manager

About the role

EMKAP Ltd is seeking a proactive HR Officer / Office Manager to support its Limassol office. The role blends HR administration, employee support, and day‑to‑day office management in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration.
• Maintain employee records and prepare HR‑related documents.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR and administrative queries.
• Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking.
• Coordinate office supplies, vendors, meetings and overall office requirements.
• Provide scheduling, travel arrangements and administrative assistance to senior management.
• Maintain filing systems, databases and company records.
• Facilitate communication between the Limassol office and London management.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Business, Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant HR, administrative, office management or PA experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Greek is an advantage.
• Discreet, reliable and comfortable handling confidential information.
• Proactive, flexible and willing to take on varied responsibilities.
