Systems Engineer – Infrastructure & Support

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to design, build and maintain advanced infrastructure solutions for our Nicosia office. You will act as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring high availability and reliable operation of servers, storage, virtualization and security platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure server, storage, virtualization, security and Windows/Linux operating system solutions.
• Serve as the main technical liaison for clients, staff, service providers and vendors.
• Conduct site surveys, audits and provide accurate feedback on customer requirements.
• Manage assigned projects, deliver services according to objectives and maintain documentation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, system and security issues, diagnose root causes and restore services.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and participate in the design of operational support systems.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
