Solutions Architect

About the role

Sword Group is seeking a full‑time Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure and integrated technology solutions for key European clients. Working within a project team, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Senior Consultants to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve microservices‑based and integration architectures across multi‑cloud and hybrid environments.
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture, security, privacy, infrastructure and cloud standards.
• Provide architectural guidance for application modernisation, migration and API management.
• Establish standards for data integration, event‑driven communication and messaging technologies.
• Validate non‑functional requirements such as scalability, performance and resilience.
• Support transition from legacy systems to modular, loosely‑coupled solutions and maintain the solution architecture roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong experience in solution architecture and microservices‑based transformation.
• Proven track record on complex integration, modernisation and migration projects.
• Practical experience with multi‑cloud and hybrid technology environments.
• Good understanding of architecture governance, stakeholder management and identity/access management.
