System Administrator

About the role

INXY is looking for an experienced System Administrator to join its IT Infrastructure team in Cyprus. You will be the primary point of contact for internal IT requests, ensuring the reliability and security of servers, networks, and end‑user devices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain corporate laptops, workstations, and peripherals (macOS and Windows) for new hires and existing staff.
• Manage user lifecycles, onboarding, off‑boarding, and role changes using identity platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot corporate VPN solutions to guarantee secure remote and on‑site connectivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
• Hands‑on experience with Okta (or similar IAM) and Kandji for Apple device management.
• Proficiency in administering Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console).
• Solid understanding of networking basics and proven VPN configuration skills.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
