IT Manager – Lead Technology Strategy for Trading Platform

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the technology strategy, infrastructure, and system security for Traders Hub, ensuring high‑performance trading platforms and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with SCA and international FX brokerage technology standards.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Lead digital transformation, automation, and system modernization efforts.
• Oversee administration and performance of trading platforms such as MetaTrader 5, bridge/risk management systems, CRM/Client portals, and payment gateways.
• Implement robust cybersecurity framework, including penetration testing and access control management.
• Maintain reliable infrastructure performance for servers, networks, VOIP, and cloud systems.
• Oversee hardware and software procurement, lifecycle management, and IT helpdesk to ensure zero downtime.
• Drive development and integration of new tools, automation enhancements, and platform upgrades.
• Evaluate emerging technologies relevant to forex, AI analytics, and digital client services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12 years of IT experience, including leadership roles in FX brokerage or financial services.
• Hands‑on experience with MetaTrader 5 and bridge/liquidity systems (mandatory).
• Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, Azure/AWS.
