AI Systems Engineer – Enterprise AI Platform Specialist

About the role

Our team is expanding, and we are hiring an AI Systems Engineer to help drive the adoption, integration, and governance of enterprise AI technologies across the Group Company. You will join a collaborative, forward‑thinking team responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant AI platforms that empower employees and enhance business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and third‑party AI services.
• Design, develop, and manage AI‑powered agents and business automations using OpenAI, Copilot Studio and AWS Agent Core.
• Develop and maintain enterprise AI connectors (Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Google Workspace API, custom ChatGPT apps).
• Deploy and support Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for secure AI‑system integration.
• Manage API integrations, authentication (OAuth, SSO, service accounts) and licensing, capacity planning and usage analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Information Security and other stakeholders to define use cases, ensure compliance and implement AI governance.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Systems/Platform Engineering, enterprise application integration or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, SharePoint).
• Practical experience with enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform connectors, OAuth and SSO.
