Store Manager

About the role

Manpower Cyprus is recruiting a Store Manager for the flagship outlet of a globally renowned menswear brand in Nicosia. You will be responsible for leading the store team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales growth in a premium retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Organise daily store operations, ensuring a high‑standard shopping environment.
• Promote the brand’s values and philosophy through every customer interaction.
• Train, mentor and develop team members, fostering a strong culture and professional growth.
• Monitor sales performance, manage inventory and implement strategies to improve results.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in menswear fashion.
• Strong knowledge of menswear products, trends and retail operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Passion for men’s fashion and customer service.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.
