Beauty Sales Specialist

About the role

Join Harding+ to create memorable beauty experiences for guests aboard cruise ships. You’ll interact with travelers from around the world, using your product knowledge and personable approach to recommend fragrances, cosmetics, and host in‑ship beauty events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting fragrances, skincare, and makeup, providing personalized recommendations.
• Host and support beauty events, make‑over sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain product displays, ensure stock levels, and promote brand stories.
• Build genuine connections with passengers, delivering a memorable service that reflects the brand.

Required profile

• Previous experience in beauty retail or a customer‑facing sales environment.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and guide customers toward suitable purchases.
• Motivated to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable presenting to small groups.
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset with adaptability to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing onboard setting.
