Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join a Cyprus‑based digital services company supporting an iGaming project targeting Latin American markets. You will manage social media activity, create engaging content and grow the project's online presence across multiple platforms while operating within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the social media calendar across Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp and other relevant channels.
• Create and adapt content for each platform, including short‑form video, memes, match previews, live reactions, odds highlights and promotional posts.
• Manage community channels by replying to comments and direct messages, moderating discussions and escalating support issues.
• Coordinate giveaways, contests and influencer collaborations with Marketing and Affiliate teams.
• Track and report on reach, engagement, follower growth, click‑through rates and contribution to conversions.
• Test new formats, hooks and posting times, using performance insights to improve results.
• Monitor competitors and platform trends in the iGaming industry.
• Cover live events on a rotating evening and weekend basis.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in iGaming, sports media or another regulated industry.
• Fluent English and strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Available for evening and weekend coverage on a rotating basis.
• Based in Cyprus.

Required skills

• Short‑form video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Basic design skills using Figma, Photoshop or Canva (optional).
