Key responsibilities

• Assess both physical and digital touchpoints, including follow‑up communication.
• Submit clear, structured, and objective feedback through short online questionnaires.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to provide objective and structured feedback.
• Reliability and punctuality in completing assignments and reports.
• Comfortable interacting in a retail environment.
