Growth Marketing Manager (CRO & Lifecycle)

About the role

Tomorrow University seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to own the conversion funnel for prospective students. You will design and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, WhatsApp, events and in‑app messaging to turn leads into admissions calls and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise nurture journeys by program, audience and funnel stage, testing messaging, timing and channel mix.
• Run re‑activation campaigns for dormant leads and hand them over to Sales/Admissions.
• Own communications for webinars, open days and other prospective‑student events, tracking qualified leads and conversions.
• Maintain lead scoring, segmentation and reporting in HubSpot, turning insights into actionable changes.
• Write and test all lifecycle copy, create simple assets in Canva or Figma, and define AI‑driven personalization rules.

Required profile

• 7+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM or growth roles, preferably B2C.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a comparable platform (Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, SFMC).
• Proven track record in activation and re‑activation of leads.
• Strong English writing skills and a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience collaborating with sales and admissions teams.
