Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join a leading construction group in Limassol, overseeing on‑site activities and ensuring projects meet quality and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on‑site construction activities.
• Review project requirements and select materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction quality in line with QA/QC standards.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and work programmes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for timely execution.
• Assist in preparing and processing interim payment certificates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience on construction sites (civil or building projects).
• Registered member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK).
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Good computer skills and proficiency with relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (preferred).
