ServiceNow Developer – Enterprise Technology & Performance

About the role

Deloitte’s Enterprise Technology & Performance team in Nicosia is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join as a Consultant/Senior Consultant. You will work on implementing and maintaining ServiceNow modules and integrations, helping clients digitise their business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules and third‑party integrations under senior guidance.
• Bridge business processes with platform capabilities, designing optimal digital solutions.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams and interact directly with clients to gather requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Conduct unit and end‑to‑end testing, resolve defects, and support deployment to production.
• Create technical documentation, design artefacts and release notes.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree from a reputable university.
• 2‑3 years of experience designing and implementing SaaS solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a client‑facing team.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform development.
• JavaScript scripting for business logic.
• Understanding of SaaS architecture.
• Unit testing and end‑to‑end testing.
