IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Tototheo Global is seeking an IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer to ensure smooth operation, security, and reliability of end‑user workstations and core IT infrastructure. The role combines hands‑on helpdesk support with modern workplace management, infrastructure monitoring, and documentation across Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu users.
• Configure, secure, maintain, and monitor workstations, laptops, and peripherals using approved tools.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Manage user accounts, devices, policies, and access controls in Azure AD.
• Monitor infrastructure and endpoints to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Support telephony systems such as 3CX and handle incidents via Freshservice or Jira.
• Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding, including device provisioning and access management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in systems and infrastructure administration.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu operating systems.
• Microsoft 365 administration (Azure, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune, Microsoft Defender).
• Endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Experience with 3CX telephony system.
• Ticketing systems experience (Freshservice, Jira).
• Linux Bash scripting and Ubuntu desktop troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing) and use of diagnostic tools.
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell or Bash.
