Senior Recruiter – Player Care (Relocate to Cyprus)

About the role

Scorewarrior is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its Player Care department. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from market mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation and probation success, ensuring the team can deliver exceptional customer care for the Total Battle MMO.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full hiring plan and pipeline for 24/7 operational roles and senior niche positions.
• Design and implement a selection system: scorecards, structured interviews, work‑sample assessments, and ATS workflow gates.
• Proactively source candidates using Boolean/X‑ray techniques, LinkedIn, gaming and Trust & Safety communities, and talent‑pool reactivation.
• Build and maintain market maps, warm candidate pools, and a funnel dashboard with stage‑by‑stage conversion metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers for weekly profile calibrations and provide data‑driven feedback on market realities.
• Present relocation offers transparently and close candidates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including volume hiring (10+ closures/year) and senior/niche searches.
• Demonstrated proactive sourcing skills and ability to work live on search strategies.
• Strong command of funnel metrics such as pass‑through rates, time‑to‑fill, and source effectiveness.
• Experience designing structured interview processes with scorecards and written notes.
• Fluent English and genuine passion for video games.
