Senior Project Manager – Gameplay Team

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the Gameplay team for Total Battle, our cross‑platform MMO 4X strategy game. The role coordinates feature development, ensures alignment with the product roadmap, and drives continuous improvement across multiple sub‑teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise development for a cross‑functional team of 20‑25 members, ensuring timely delivery of roadmap features.
• Translate feature concepts into actionable sprint plans, coordinate external contributors (art, core, localisation) and keep priorities clear.
• Remove blockers, improve team efficiency and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
• Design and maintain metrics to measure development effectiveness and apply insights to boost speed and quality.
• Support continuous process optimisation using data‑driven analysis.
• Participate in hiring and building a balanced team for long‑term goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering new features while maintaining and improving live game systems.
• Strong problem‑identification, prioritisation and resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to adapt to changing feature requirements.
• In‑depth knowledge of task‑management tools and openness to learn new ones.
• Data‑driven mindset to enhance development processes.
• People‑management experience including hiring, assessment and development.
• Willingness to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
