Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity & Telecom

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects in the cybersecurity and telecom space. Based in Nicosia with a hybrid work model, you will own the full project lifecycle from definition through delivery and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, covering scoping, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives and technical feasibility together with internal departments and translate them into realistic, resource‑loaded work plans.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across R&D (hardware & software), product management, QA, integration, operations and logistics, ensuring alignment on requirements, schedule and budget.
• Drive hardware and software R&D through all phases, from planning and task tracking to testing and production handover.
• Own delivery risk, identify mitigation actions early and escalate decisively when needed.
• Maintain clear communication plans, reporting progress, metrics and risks to management and customers.
• Produce project documentation such as SOWs, technical characterisations, user manuals and training materials.
• Secure customer acceptance of deliverables and conduct post‑project evaluations.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects end‑to‑end, including hardware and/or software R&D deliveries.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale development projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation and leading cross‑departmental processes.
• Strong command of project‑management methodology and tools.
