Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the driver experience and vehicle standardisation for our premium and branded fleets. You will shape product strategy, refine onboarding and compliance flows, and set quality benchmarks that build rider trust and strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for premium car classes (Comfort, Business, high‑tier categories) aligned with company goals.
• Define and maintain vehicle and driver eligibility criteria, quality standards, and branding requirements for each class.
• Design and improve driver‑facing flows for class enrollment, vehicle verification, and branding compliance.
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to monitor compliance, handle exceptions, and raise service standards.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Analytics to ship features that enhance driver onboarding and rider trust.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to define metrics and derive insights.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1+); Russian is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, uncertain environments and lead cross‑functional teams.
