Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to coordinate purchasing activities across the organization and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on building a transparent, efficient procurement function, especially for Consulting & People Services.

Key responsibilities

• Technically coordinate purchasing activities in line with company procurement and contract strategy.
• Gather market knowledge, propose action plans, and capture opportunities for assigned categories.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing processes, including tenders, benchmarking, and supplier searches.
• Implement and control contract and price negotiations to support profitability.
• Coordinate and review purchase requests, perform KYC checks, and approve/release purchase orders.
• Ensure alignment with procurement policies throughout tender and benchmarking processes.
• Coordinate contract approvals with Legal, Treasury, Data Protection, Accounting, and other specialists.
• Provide weekly reporting on contract approvals and overall procurement activity.
• Organize contract signing (including EDI) and maintain the contract register.
• Manage Vendor Master Data in the ERP system and maintain the supplier database.
• Consult on and manage S2C/P2P processes in ERP and CLM systems.
• Participate in supplier negotiations and develop vendor data management instructions.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Senior Procurement Specialist, or Buyer.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end procurement and contract management.
• Experience with Consulting & People Services categories is a strong advantage.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Data Protection.
• Structured, detail‑oriented approach with ability to manage multiple sourcing activities.
