Senior Expansion Project Manager

About the role

indrive is seeking a Senior Expansion Project Manager to lead complex international expansion initiatives across Tier‑1 markets. You will own cross‑functional programs that cover fleet partnerships, financial and legal structures, market‑entry models, and operational processes, working closely with Business, Product, Development, Legal, Finance, and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and operationalize international expansion projects from strategy through execution and scaling.
• Develop and manage fleet‑partner and fleet‑owner models, including driver acquisition and management structures.
• Design financial, legal, licensing, taxation, payment, and monetisation frameworks for market entry.
• Build scalable processes, pilots, and project‑office frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Translate market requirements into clear product initiatives and priorities.
• Evaluate and execute alternative go‑to‑market strategies such as partnerships, JVs, M&A, acquisitions, and licensing.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across multiple markets to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Identify execution bottlenecks and create repeatable solutions for scaling across Tier‑1 markets.

Required profile

• Strong experience in international mobility, marketplace, logistics, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to navigate complex market environments and drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking with excellent English communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
