Senior Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Main Partner Trust, a company specialising in corporate, legal consultancy, administration and trust services, is looking for a Senior Corporate Lawyer based in Limassol, Cyprus. The role suits a motivated, dedicated and responsible candidate with solid knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial legal matters, fluent in both Greek and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support to corporate administrators on corporate matters, including drafting or amending corporate documents such as the memorandum and articles of association, minutes, resolutions and powers of attorney.
• Draft, review and comment on corporate agreements such as share purchase, subscription, option, loan and shareholder agreements.
• Attend court, sign affidavits and obtain court orders for matters such as company incorporation, amendments to the memorandum, reduction of capital, late submissions, mergers and re-domiciliation.
• Assist with the establishment and management of trusts.
• Help prepare applications and deal with public authorities to obtain Cyprus citizenship or residency for clients under the Cyprus Investment Program.
• Review and advise on transaction structures and legal documents from a Cyprus law perspective, and give advice on other legal, corporate and commercial matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• Qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the ASP industry or a law firm.
• Fluent in Greek and English.

The annual salary range is 50,000 - 80,000 EUR. Only successful candidates will be contacted for an interview.
