About the role
A law firm is looking for a Compliance Officer to support its compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. This is a full-time position based in Limassol.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Assist with client due diligence, source-of-funds checks and risk assessments.
- Maintain and update compliance records, policies and procedures.
- Support staff training and ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Help identify and escalate potential compliance concerns.
Required profile
- Experience in compliance, AML or a related role; experience in a law firm is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of AML and client due diligence procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Greek is an advantage.
