About the role
We are seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to lead and execute communications projects across EMEA and APAC. The role will shape clear messaging, support executive communications, and act as the hub for corporate narrative, media support, and leadership visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute corporate communications initiatives across EMEA and APAC.
- Develop communication plans, messaging frameworks, and corporate narratives tailored to regional needs.
- Write and edit press releases, announcements, op‑eds, interviews, talking points, and Q&A documents.
- Prepare briefing materials for leadership, including trip briefs, interview briefs, speeches, scripts, and panel notes.
- Produce and maintain content for the corporate website and blog, ensuring alignment with the global narrative.
- Coordinate daily with regional communications managers to ensure message consistency.
- Serve as the central liaison between regional teams and global corporate communications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Executive Office, Legal, Marketing, Sustainability, Product, Data, HR) to gather inputs and secure approvals.
- Support media relations in priority regional markets, coordinating interviews and preparing spokespeople.
- Assist in planning and executing events, conferences, panels, and leadership speaking engagements.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or strategic communications.
- Strong international exposure, ideally covering EMEA and APAC.
- Proven ability to write corporate materials such as press releases, speeches, and messaging frameworks.
- Experience coordinating communications across regional teams and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication (C1 level).
- Strong project‑management and coordination skills.
- Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and work under time pressure.
- Track record in media relations and external communications processes.
- Understanding of media landscapes, cultural differences, and communication practices.
- Knowledge of corporate reputation management, narrative consistency, and regulatory considerations.
