Senior Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to lead acquisition and media analytics across 48 countries. You will measure incrementality, optimise user acquisition and apply statistical methods to improve marketing budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns across acquisition channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, OOH, etc.
• Build automated tools to improve channel efficiency and user acquisition.
• Design and analyse A/B tests to assess the impact of messaging, creatives, targeting and product changes.
• Contribute to marketing budget planning by forecasting outcomes of proposed initiatives.
• Partner with data‑engineering and marketing teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimise buying and channel incrementality.
• Develop and refine analytical logic underpinning user segmentation and behavioural triggers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, product or growth analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of performance channels and user acquisition.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical modelling, cluster analysis and data manipulation.
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, A/B testing, incrementality measurement and attribution modelling.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, business‑friendly manner.
