Senior Business Analyst – Trading Platform

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the team that drives the core trading platform for its CFD and Invest products. You will work across client‑facing applications and internal administration tools, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own business and system analysis throughout the full feature lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Gather, analyse, validate and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with objectives and technical constraints.
• Produce clear documentation such as User Stories, Use Cases, UML diagrams, BPMN models and Sequence Diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Development, QA and Architecture teams to support solution delivery.
• Partner with the Platform Product Manager and act as a backup for platform product work.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business and System Analyst.
• Comfortable working with backend and platform systems and admin tooling.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent time‑management and ability to adapt quickly to new domains.

Required skills

• Proficiency in creating UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams.
• Proficiency in creating BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) models.
