Senior Business Analyst

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its fintech team focused on CFD Forex exchange. You will work on order‑processing and execution systems, designing pricing flows and ensuring seamless integration across trading platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine pricing and order‑execution workflows for traders and internal products.
• Gather, analyse and document requirements from stakeholders and integrated systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Produce visual models (UML, BPMN) and detailed artefacts such as user stories, use cases and sequence diagrams.
• Influence decision‑making on pricing strategies, system interoperability and execution efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to work under deadlines.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new domains and changing environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in UML and BPMN for visual requirement modelling.
• Experience writing user stories, use cases and sequence diagrams.
• Strong documentation skills.
