Senior BI Analyst – Power BI & Financial Analytics

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to lead the design and delivery of Power BI solutions that drive financial performance insights. You will work closely with finance, operations and product teams to translate business needs into actionable analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end‑to‑end Power BI solutions, including data models, DAX measures and interactive dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical deliverables.
• Build clean, scalable data models and ensure data quality in partnership with data engineers.
• Write DAX calculations for financial reports such as P&L, cash flow, balance sheets, cohort analysis and financial ratios.
• Create and present clear, actionable reports to senior management.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Analyse user journeys to uncover product enhancement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modelling, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset and attention to data quality.
