Sales Specialist – FMCG Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to drive the distribution of fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) to retail outlets in Nicosia. You will be the face of the company on the road, ensuring product availability, visibility and customer satisfaction while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products directly to retail customers.
• Maintain product displays, stock rotation and inventory levels at each outlet.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Handle cash transactions and keep accurate sales and collection records.
• Submit daily sales and collection reports to the manager.
• Introduce new products and special offers to maximise sales opportunities.

Required profile

• High school diploma (university degree is a plus).
• 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to operate a cash van.
• Physical stamina for loading and unloading products.
• Strong independent work ethic and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
