Sales Manager – Luxury Furniture Design Shop

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the customer experience in our luxury furniture design shop in Limassol. The role combines sales expertise with a passion for interior design, ensuring clients receive personalized guidance from entry to after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, providing a seamless shopping experience.
• Consult on furniture and interior design selections, matching pieces to client style and space.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry to purchase.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge on materials, finishes and design trends.
• Support after‑sales service to build long‑term relationships.
• Assist in showroom arrangement, display maintenance and restocking.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Russian; Greek language knowledge is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in luxury retail, furniture sales or interior design consultation.
• Professional appearance that reflects the brand’s luxury identity.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
