About the role

As a Sales Manager & Investment Consultant, you will act as the primary liaison between high‑net‑worth investors and Ark Noah's exclusive, high‑liquidity real‑estate projects in central Limassol. You will present high‑yield investment strategies, comprehensive management packages, and Cyprus permanent‑residency solutions while ensuring zero intermediary mark‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Consult premium international clients and warm inbound leads on real‑estate acquisition, residency programmes, and investment structures (no cold calling).
• Lead customized on‑site investor tours in Limassol to showcase premium projects and operational rentals.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with private investors, family offices, and B2B partner networks.
• Collaborate with in‑house architectural, legal, and property‑management teams to ensure smooth transactions and premium service.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Cyprus real‑estate market trends, tax structures, and competitive insights.

Required profile

• Fluent or native command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Additional language proficiency in Russian, Hebrew, or German is highly valued.
• Proven sales experience in premium real‑estate, financial consulting, luxury services, or investment advisory; Cyprus market experience is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of the Limassol market, its zones, and basic investment‑yield metrics (ROI).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and high‑level negotiation skills.
• Professional presentation and strong business ethics.
