Real Estate Manager / Senior Manager (Real Estate & Hospitality)

About the role

The EY Parthenon team in Cyprus is seeking a Real Estate Manager/Senior Manager to lead a high‑performing, integrated team focused on real‑estate and hospitality transactions. You will drive complex financial modelling, valuations and feasibility studies while providing strategic advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complex financial models for real‑estate and hospitality projects.
• Conduct valuations using Income Approach (DCF), comparable sales and income capitalization methods.
• Develop feasibility studies, investment memorandums, highest‑and‑best‑use analyses and due‑diligence reports.
• Perform market research and create thought‑leadership material for the real‑estate and hospitality sectors.
• Deliver client presentations and reports, manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and stay abreast of local market dynamics, zoning and regulatory frameworks.
• Utilise real‑estate tools and DLS data for analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or RICS.
• 3‑6 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate and corporate finance.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
