Sales & Marketing Manager – Real Estate

About the role

This position offers an experienced sales and marketing professional the chance to lead the full customer journey for a well‑established real‑estate group in Limassol. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive lead generation, client conversion and project visibility across multiple developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage direct sales activity, qualify prospects, and convert leads into clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and property viewings, tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end sales processes with internal teams and external advisers.
• Maintain accurate lead, pipeline and sales records, providing regular forecasts to management.
• Lead branding, positioning and launch campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, online advertising, email marketing and website content.
• Manage agencies, suppliers and marketing collateral within budget and quality standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within real‑estate, property development or construction.
• Proven track record in direct sales, lead conversion and high‑value client relationship management.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities in both Greek and English.
