Private Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Cyprus Gate is looking for a highly professional and personable Private Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. We work with UK‑based clients looking to buy, relocate or invest in property in Cyprus.

Key responsibilities

• Managing relationships with prospective and existing UK clients
• Responding to enquiries and maintaining regular, professional communication
• Understanding client requirements and ensuring they are properly followed up
• Coordinating with property, legal, tax and other professional partners
• Managing client information and activity through our CRM
• Ensuring a smooth and consistent client experience from first contact onwards

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organised, responsive and detail‑oriented
• Experience in client relationship management, hospitality, luxury services, property, relocation or professional services
• Confident communicating with UK‑based clients
• Understands discretion and confidentiality
• Natural ability to build trust and maintain long‑term professional relationships
• Comfortable working with CRM and digital communication tools
• Experience with UK clients, international property, relocation or professional services is an advantage
