Routing Specialist - A2P SMS

About the role

Intergo Telecom Ltd builds, operates and acquires telecom businesses that connect people and businesses worldwide. It is looking for a Routing Specialist to optimise and run its A2P SMS routing operations, helping shape routing strategies and ensure high-quality message delivery to global customers. The role is fully remote, hybrid or on-site at the Paphos offices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement A2P SMS routing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and analyse SMS traffic flows to improve delivery, quality and cost efficiency
• Use data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Work with technical, commercial and support teams to ensure seamless message delivery
• Maintain relationships with international carriers and SMS partners
• Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies and best practices in A2P messaging and routing

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in A2P SMS routing
• Knowledge of telecommunication networks and protocols
• Understanding of SMS industry regulations and guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
