Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager at Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of our telecom and fixed‑internet products. You will shape product road‑maps, drive innovation, and ensure that our offerings meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for product and service segments.
• Analyse market trends, competition and user needs to define product strategy.
• Interpret market data from BTHK and other sources to identify growth opportunities.
• Make commercial decisions on product, pricing and offer architecture and propose actions.
• Design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Collaborate closely with technical, finance, sales, marketing and customer‑experience teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous product improvement.
• Apply Agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and with quality.
• Gather feedback from sales channels, conduct sell‑ability analyses and translate insights into commercial actions.
• Rapidly respond to market changes by launching new offers, packages or product formats.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in telecommunications or fixed‑internet technologies.
• Strong leadership and project‑management capabilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient English language ability.
• Ability to adapt quickly to innovation and work in a dynamic, flexible environment.
• Awareness of market trends and capacity to generate ideas from diverse markets.
• Creative, result‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Agile project‑management methodologies.
