Product Manager

About the role

Mayflower is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of digital entertainment extensions that reach millions worldwide. You will own the product roadmap, turn user insights into engaging experiences, and drive growth across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for a portfolio of extensions, from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Identify user needs and business opportunities, shaping product vision, target audience, value proposition, MVP scope and success metrics.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers and designers, balancing user value, business impact, quality and delivery speed.
• Use product analytics, user feedback, experiments and A/B tests to understand behavior and continuously improve released extensions.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, retention and monetisation metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities and trade‑offs clearly to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience delivering consumer‑facing digital products.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to connect user needs, business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record turning early‑stage ideas into clear product concepts, MVPs and roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of product metrics, user behaviour, engagement, retention and monetisation.
• Experience in game development, interactive entertainment, social or live‑streaming products is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ML/AI‑enabled products is an advantage.
