Founding Tech Lead – Build AI‑Driven GTM Platform

About the role

JetBrains is launching GrowthBricks, an AI‑powered shared business brain for GTM teams. As the Founding Tech Lead you will own the architecture and core systems, turning fragmented business data into reliable memory and agent actions that drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design the end‑to‑end architecture covering business context, agents, tools, integrations and feedback loops.
• Build agentic workflows that reason over company data and act across CRM, sales, marketing and product systems.
• Create context extractors for sales calls, emails, documents, CRM states and campaign data.
• Define prompting, context management, memory patterns, tool orchestration and feedback mechanisms.
• Choose between MCP, APIs, open‑source frameworks or custom solutions and prototype rapidly.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in zero‑to‑one environments with high technical autonomy.
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions while requirements evolve.
• Focus on delivering end‑user impact and iterating based on real feedback.
• Experience with LLM‑based agents or agentic workflows used by real users.

Required skills

• LLM application development and evaluation.
• Agentic workflow design and orchestration.
• Backend system design, API development and data modeling.
• Context management, memory patterns and prompt engineering.
• Integration with modern GTM stacks (CRMs, enrichment tools, marketing automation).
