Operator, Surveillance – Limassol

About the role

The Surveillance Operator is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and protecting all revenue‑generating activities within the company's premises in Limassol. The role ensures that any violations of law, internal procedures, or illicit activities are promptly logged and reported to the Supervisor, Surveillance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the central monitoring/communication console to observe gaming and cash‑handling areas.
• Analyse information from IT and computer analysis systems and respond to identified situations.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and ensure equipment functionality.
• Monitor staff and customer activities, reporting suspicious behaviour according to the Code of Ethics.
• Document and file reports in a timely manner, keeping relevant personnel informed.
• Provide backup support to team members to uphold the department’s professional image.
