Security Systems Maintenance & Technical Support Technician

About the role

S.P. Securiton Alarm Systems LTD is looking for an experienced and responsible professional to join the team as a Security Systems Maintenance & Technical Support Technician. The role involves maintaining, inspecting, and providing technical support for security systems installed at client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance, inspection, and technical support of security systems.
• Diagnosis, identification, and effective resolution of technical problems.
• Provision of technical support to customers, remotely or on‑site.
• Technical inspection and assurance of the proper operation of installed systems.

Required profile

• Graduate of a Technical School, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related specialty.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the installation and maintenance of security systems or electrical installations.
• Very good knowledge and familiarity with computer usage.
• Clean criminal record and a valid driving license.
• Analytical and critical thinking with an emphasis on troubleshooting and problem‑solving.
• Responsibility, consistency, and professionalism.
• Team spirit and ability to cooperate.
• Customer‑service oriented with prompt responsiveness to client needs.
