Middle Finance Operations Specialist (Accounts Payable)

About the role

TradingView is hiring a Middle Finance Operations Specialist for its Finance Operations team in Limassol, Cyprus. The team owns the end-to-end weekly invoice cycle across multiple entities and currencies, from RAMP approvals and NetSuite/Atlar payments to reconciliation and reporting, working to a fixed weekly rhythm alongside Treasury and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the weekly invoice cycle: continuous invoice intake into RAMP, approval status tracking, payment preparation in NetSuite and Atlar, and posting and reconciliation in NetSuite.
• Ensure all invoices for the Wednesday payment run have RAMP approval by the Friday cut-off and are pushed into Atlar in time.
• Verify that Wednesday payments are posted in NetSuite and synced back to RAMP by Thursday EOD, resolving failed or unmatched syncs and escalating unresolved issues to the VP of Finance.
• Code and post weekly credit card transactions, prepare and review the accounts payable aging report, and flag overdue items.
• Complete vendor reconciliations where required.
• Support off-cycle (Fast Track) payments on instruction from the VP of Finance, keeping invoices entered and coded in RAMP and posted in NetSuite.
• Work within the multi-level Invoice Approval Matrix, routing invoices through service recipient, financial/budget, Treasury and final approval levels depending on amount and entity.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of AP controls: segregation of duties, approval workflows, vendor verification and fraud prevention.
• High attention to detail and comfort working to a fixed weekly cadence of deadlines.
• Clear communicator, able to follow up on outstanding approvals and escalate issues appropriately.
• Experience across multiple currencies and legal entities is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with AP/ERP platforms such as NetSuite, RAMP or similar invoice management and payment systems.
• Experience with Atlar or comparable treasury/payment platforms is a plus.
