Media Buyer – Telegram Ads (iGaming)

About the role

We are seeking a Media Buyer specialized in Telegram Ads to join our international iGaming company. You will build a new traffic source from the ground up, launch and scale profitable campaigns, and collaborate closely with product, analytics, design, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch the Telegram Ads traffic channel from scratch.
• Test, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns to achieve profitability.
• Research new creatives, funnels, and traffic strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, CPM, PnL) and continuously improve results.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently, starting from $50K per month.
• Maintain a knowledge base of successful approaches and workflow optimizations.
• Monitor Telegram Ads updates, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Potentially lead a growing team as the Telegram Ads function expands.

Required profile

• 3+ years of media buying experience, including at least 1 year with Telegram Ads.
• Proven track record in iGaming or gambling traffic acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the Telegram Ads ecosystem and campaign optimization.
• Ability to launch, test, and scale campaigns from zero.
• Data‑driven decision making with solid KPI analysis skills.
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Keitaro, Binom, Voluum, Google Sheets, or Power BI.
• Independent, ownership‑focused mindset and ability to build processes from the ground up.
