Project Manager – Event Production (Remote, Cyprus)

About the role

DEDL Ltd is looking for a Project Manager to lead a large‑scale corporate New Year event. You will coordinate the internal team and keep the client informed, ensuring all tasks are completed on time without handling the execution yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Capture every task from internal and client calls, log it in ClickUp with an owner and deadline, and follow up until closure.
• Attend internal team calls at least twice a week and join client calls as needed.
• Act as the client’s point of contact on project status, providing updates on progress, open items and next steps.
• Track detailed statuses such as procurement dates and critical milestones by requesting updates from responsible managers.
• Flag delays and gaps early to prevent problems.
• Collect scattered documents and organise them in Google Drive and ClickUp as a single source of truth.
• Maintain the client‑facing task tracker and keep both client and team boards up to date.
• Set up clear, duplicate‑free Google Sheets for the team.
• Use AI and automation tools for call notes, reminders and status updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating teams and tracking delivery; event experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent Russian for internal communication; English at least B1 (B2 preferred).
• Confidence with ClickUp (or similar), Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude preferred, ChatGPT acceptable) and call transcription tools such as Fireflies.
• Clear, structured written communication with both team and client.
• Responsive in messengers during working hours.
