Social Media Executive

About the role

PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, the largest group of franchised restaurants and cafés in Cyprus, is seeking a Social Media Executive to join its team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will report directly to the Social Media Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media content across multiple brands.
• Develop content calendars and engaging captions, coordinating publication across platforms.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, content creators and influencers.
• Support campaign launches and manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Manage brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile and Tripadvisor.
• Support community management by ensuring timely engagement across channels.
• Analyse social media and campaign performance, prepare reports and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, New Media or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience coordinating influencer collaborations.
• Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile and Tripadvisor.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English and Greek.
• Positive attitude, eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across different brands.
